2. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of XQuisit Designs and is protected by copyright laws.

• Work Product: Upon final payment, the client is typically granted ownership or a specific license for the final design deliverables. XQuisit Designs retains the right to use completed projects in our professional portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

• Unused Concepts: All preliminary concepts and drafts not selected by the client remain the sole property of XQuisit Designs.

 

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payment Terms: Payments are due as outlined in your specific project invoice. For many projects, a non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

• Refunds: Due to the custom nature of design and consulting services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Late Fees: We reserve the right to charge late fees or pause work on accounts with overdue balances.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project.

• Ensure they have the legal right to use any images, text, or data provided to XQuisit Designs for inclusion in a project.

• Provide timely feedback to keep the project on schedule.

 

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Republish, sell, or rent material from our website without written consent.

• Use the site in any way that causes damage or impairment of site availability.
